Small town house, now offices. Mid C18, altered mid C20. Rendered and
painted, slate gabled roof. Central staircase plan. 2 storeys and attics,
3 dormers facing north with 2-light casements and glazing bars. Flanking
chimneys. String at first floor level, moulded and bracketed wooden
cornice. Sash windows with glazing bars. 3 bay symmetrical front with
flanking angular bays the whole height, and 8-panel central door in panelled
pilasters with carved, scroll brackets supporting cornice and pediment
enriched with key pattern of bold proportions. Interior:- stair with
turned balusters, newels, and moulded handrail rising the whole height to
attics.
