Avon Cottage

Detached cottage. Square-panelled timber framing with rendered
infill. Red tile roof with a brick stack. L-shaped plan. Part-
glazed lean-to with a corrugated plastic roof now forming the
entrance not of special interest. 1½ storeys. Two small C20
dormers from the eaves of the garden front. Fenestration otherwise
2-light casements with horizontal glazing bars.
Interior; ceiling beams with deep flat-chamfers and stepped stops.
Open fire with bressumer beam.
