Detached house. Dated and initialled 'T.H. 1816' on diamond shaped
plaque high up in right gable end. C20 extensions at rear in
Cotswold style. Rectangular main body with C20 extension at right
gable end and two C20 extensions at right angles at rear. Main
body; symmetrical, 2 1/2 storey, 3-windowed facade. Two 2-light
half dormers, small single light below eaves between dormers.
Ground and first floors lit by 3-light casements within segmental-
headed surrounds. Large bull's-eye window between first floor
windows. Central C20 door with glazing bars and flat canopy. Two-
storey single bay C20 extension left, 3-light casement imitating
those of main body to first floor. French doors within segmental-
headed surround to ground floor. All windows with leaded panes.
Two flights of stone steps up to C20 double plank doors to
extension rear right. Gabled stone canopy supported on stone
brackets. Gable end stacks with moulded cappings. Interior not
inspected.
