2/95 Barn incorporating cartshed and
loft at Lower Hazelcote
II

Small barn, with cartshed incorporated on south east end and loft
above. Probably late C18/early C19. Random coursed rubble
stone with half-hipped stone slate roof. North east side has
projecting hipped cart entry with timber lintel with flanking lean-
tos, that to right re-roofed in concrete tiles with doorway and
small window, that to left a 2-bay open cartshed beyond small
section with doorway. Opposed raking entry at low level with
lean-to on left side. To right, loft door up flight of stone
steps dilapidated at time of survey (March 1986), and 2 small
single lights. Interior not accessible.
