Early C19 origin. Formerly called the Royal Oak. Rendered walls, slate roof,
rendered stacks. Two storeys and attic. Ground floor has central door in classical
surround, with flat hood on pilasters. Two modern windows. First floor has 3 case-
ment windows. Small attic window in gable end. At the rear of the main building is an
outbuilding, adjoining the river - which may be earlier in date. Brick walls, slate
roof. One storey and attics. Casement window to ground floor. Two half dormers to
attic.
