Late C19. Two storeys and attic. Three window bays. Gabled dormer. Moulded wood eaves cornice. Stone front. Sash windows in reveals; ashlar dressings; no glazing bars; narrower window at either end. At either end on ground floor, four panelled door with fanlight. Ashlar course across voussoirs of ground floor doors and window. Graded II for group value with Wesley Manse and No 65.

No 31 Newland and east range, Sherborne House, Front and rear garden walls of Sherborne House, No 41, The Manor House, three cottages next to The Manor House, two cottages adjoining, Nos 57 to 93 (odd) and north-east boundary wall to Newland Close form a group.
