Part of former brewery. c1780, converted to house c1980. Lower walls
plastered, upper walls weatherboarded; hipped tiled roof. 2 storeys. C20
casements with lead lights on each floor. C20 glazed door in lean-to tiled
porch in return wall. Included for group value.
