SY 97 NE WORTH MATRAVERS HAYCRAFT LANE (East Side)

Detached cottage. C17 origin, enlarged in C18. Rubble stone walls, stone
slate roof. Stone end stacks, one raised in brick. L-shaped plan,2 storeys.
C20 conservatory on front wall. C20 part-glazed door. Ground floor has 2
casement windows with glazing bars and one C20 window. First floor has 3
casement windows with glazing bars. Rear wing of one storey and attic, with
pent-roofed dormer and stone stack. Some stop-chamfered ceiling beams in ground
floor rooms. One large open fireplace, part built up. RCHM Monument 22.
