An C18 timber-framed and plastered house which formerly stood to the south of Bocking Parish Church on the site of Courtauld's Mill. It served as the mill house until 1926 when it was taken down and re-erected on the present site.
2 storeys 3 window range on the east front and 1 window range on the north and south fronts, double-hung sashes with glazing bars, in small panes. The central doorway has a C20gapled porch. Roof tiled, hipped.
