House. Mid-Cl6. Timber framed, plastered, roofed with handmade red plain
tiles. C16 rebuild on site of open hall associated with crosswing to SW (now
no. 26, item 6/188 , q.v.). Axial stack at left end. 2 storeys. One-window
range of C20 casements. C19 3-panel door in small pedimented doorcase. The
original frame is exposed internally, with stop-chamfered beams.
