House. Circa late C17 or early C18 with later C18 and early C20 rear additions.
Plastered rubble and cob walls. Gable ended thatch roof. Rubble stack with
brick shaft at each gable end.
Plan: probably altered and formerly 2 cottages but now consisting of 3 rooms, the
central room unheated. Unheated C18 wing behind right-hand end. Circa early C20
outshut adjoining it.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 4-window front of C20 1, and 2-light
casements. C20 leanto porch to left of centre and at right-hand end, both with
part-glazed doors. Wing behind right-hand end with leanto on rear wall adjoining
it.
Interior: modernised in early C20 and does not exhibit early features although
the original fireplaces may merely have been concealed.
