House. C18, extended in C20. Timber framed, plastered, roofed with handmade
red clay tiles. 3 bays facing S with central stack, forming a lobby-entrance.
C19 single-storey extension at rear, incorporated in C20 flat-roofed 2-storey
rear extension. C20 flat-roofed single-storey shop to left. 2 storeys.
2-window range of early C19 sashes of 20 lights, with handmade glass. Central
4-panel door with simple canopy. 2 wood-burning hearths reduced for C20 grates.
Chamfered transverse beam with runout stops in left bay, chamfered axial beam
without stops in right bay. Cambered tiebeams.
