Early C19. Large house of 3 storeys and basement in brick. Very wide eaves
cornice on paired modillions. 5 windows in plain reveals, hung sashes with glazing
bars. 4 windows on ground floor. Good central wood doorcase in Greek Ionic with
decorated modillion pediment and traceried fanlight. Part-glazed door, carved
to same design as ingoes. 2 smaller side wings of 2 storeys- to left with modern
porch and round-arched window, round arched entry to right with modern door and
side light, similar window.

Nos 12, 13 and 13A form a group.
