House (now 2 dwellings). Late C17/C18. Coursed rubble stone with quoins and
Collyweston slate roof with moulded stone end stacks. Stone coped gables.
2½ storeys of 3 2-light renewed C20 casements. Wooden lintels. Central C20
stone and wood porch and door. 3 hipped dormers: leaded 2-light casements
with toplights. Extension on left end. To rear 1½ storey brick wing which
is No. 53.
