Granary or store. Late C17, altered C19 and C20. Red brick, Flemish bond, plinth, steeply pitched hipped slate roof.
Single cell probably, entrance on south front, north front unlit, west front facing onto foldyard, east facing garden
of Cutliffe Farmhouse (qv). East front: 2 storeys, 3 bays, central loft opening flanked by blind or blocked openings,
ground floor left 3-light casement below wooden lintel, centre 2-light inserted in blocked opening, right segmental
headed opening; squared headed opening left return. Interior not seen.
