Mid C19. Prominent small corner house. Plastered 1st floor over tile
string course. Yellow stock brick Gd floor with segmental arches of red
rubbed brick. 2 storeys, 2 windows with central door. Steep Welsh slate
roof with central stack with red brick banding. Gable on E half of front
with heavy bargeboard. 2 light windows with wood frames and 18 pane cast
iron casements. 4 panel door with fielded panels. Unaltered example of
its period. Important part of a distinguished group of buildings.
