Detached Cottage. C17/C18. Rubble Doulting stone with stone slate roof, coped gables with brick chimney stacks over.
2-storey "L" shaped plan, entrance in gable end 2- and 3-light wooden casement windows, some set within moulded wood
mullion frames. Plain, vertical boarded door under double-Roman clay tile lean-to porch. 1-2 high stone boundary
wall to highway verge with slatted wooden gate to East.
