House, now flats. Circa 1840. Red brick with hipped slate roof. Three storeys. Plinth, double toothed-brick eaves cornice, and two stacks to left and right at rear. Three irregularly spaced bays; four-pane sashes with gauged heads, those on ground floor with louvred shutters. Three steps to central door with six raised and fielded panels, architrave, radial fanlight, and doorcase consisting of tapered fluted pilasters supporting full entablature. Included for group value.
