GV II

Farmhouse and coach house. Late C18. Red brick with ashlar plinth and
hipped slate roof. 3 storeys. Plinth, moulded wooden eaves cornice and
2 ridge stacks off-centre to left and right. 3 bays; glazing bar sashes,
with gauged heads on ground and first floors. Central half-octagonal
former porch with cill string and flat lead roof; glazing bar sashes on
3 faces, with evidence of blocked central door. Entrance now rear. Left-
hand elevation of one bay with blind windows. 2 storey former coach house
set back to left. Red brick with hipped old tile roof; tall recessed
blind round arch with gauged head and smaller semi-circular window within.
Adjoins Drayton Lodge (qv) to East.
