Parish room, formerly cottage. C18 with C19 leanto. Rendered cob walls. Thatch
roof gabled to right and hipped to left end. Slate roof to rear outshut.
Projecting rendered rubble or cob stack at right gable end with brick shaft.
Plan: originally probably 2 room plan but at present the building consists of a
single room of 2 storey height - the internal partitions and floors having been
removed. C19 leanto with external access behind right-hand end.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Regular 2 window front of late C19 or early C20 3-light
casements to 1st floor; fixed light on ground floor. Late C19 or early C20 gabled
wooden porch with decorative barge-boards and finial, C19 plank door behind.
Interior: fireplace has had modern grate inserted, the only old feature visible is
a C19 wall cupboard with panelled doors.
