Mid C19 features, earlier core. Pantile roof. Rendered. 3 storeys. Modillion
eaves cornice. Rusticated quoins. 4 windows, segmental stucco moulded arches,
hung sashes, no glazing bars, acanthus brackets to cills. 1st floor windows
similar, but cills hidden by later fascia. Early C20 double shop front. Listed
as part of a group.
Nos 1 to 5 (consec), No 7 and Market Hall, Eastgate, form a group.
