Small, made entirely of iron. 4 slender fluted columns with open round arches,
cusped and moulded, with decorated spandrels and open decorative domed roof. Relief
medallion of Queen Victoria and motto "Keep the Pavement Dry". Round iron basin
on column, under the canopy.

All the listed buildings in Palmyra Square form a group with Nos 9 to 21 (odd), the
Museum and Art Gallery Bold Street No l0 Egypt Street, Nos 3 to 13 (odd) Springfield
Street, and Nos l3 and l5 Suez Street.
