Shop with house, in terrrace. Circa mid C19. Textured grout over stucco. Scantle
slate roof with brick chimneys over party walls.
Double depth plan originally with front drawing room of house left, and shop, right
with passage between but passage incorporated into shop circa later C19 and the
drawing room in the C20. Service rooms to rear.
2 storeys. Regular 2-window west road front with original 12-pane hornless sashes.
Original 3-light shopfront on right with 2 similar lights inserted to former house
doorway to left of shopfront and original shop doorway on right, all under same
fascia with moulded cornice. Entablature of fascia is carried on 4 identical
pilasters with moulded capitals, ie. flanking doorways and shop window. Original 3-
panel door with overlight. Basket arched lights with arches springing from small
capitals.
