Detached chimney relating to Trevoole Mine. Circa mid-late C19. Granite rubble
lower stage and brick upper stage. Round-on-plan 2-stage tapered chimney with
moulded brick collar between stages and moulded brick collar surmounting the upper stage. Virtually intact.
Probably used to operate a whim.
Forming part of a group with the nearby engine house qv.
