House. Circa mid C18. Rendered stone rubble and cob. Thatched roof with gable
ends. Brick end stack on left and large cob and stone rubble end stack on right.
Plan: 2 room and possibly through passage plan heated by end stacks. Alternatively,
the house may have extended to right and originally had a 3 room and passage plan.
C19 lean-to outshut to rear right rebuilt in C20. .
Exterior: 2 storeys. Almost symmetrical 2 window front with C20 plank door and
slate lean-to porch. 2 probably late C19 or early C20 2-light casements on ground
floor and 2 above.
Interior: Ceiling beams replaced. Chamfered lintel to fireplace in right hand room
with large recess adjoining, possibly to accommodate a stair.
