Farmhouse. Mid C19 with few later alterations. Slatestone and granite rubble with
granite dressings. Slate roof with ridge tiles and gable ends, gable end stacks.
Plan: 2-room plan, with central entrance, each room heated by a gable end stack.
Single storey unheated outshut added to the left end in later C19, and to rear in 2
stages.
Exterior: 2 storeys, symmetrical 3-window front; all windows 16-pane sashes with
timber lintels at first floor, granite lintels at ground floor. Central gabled porch
with half-glazed door with sidelights. Outshut attached to left side with 4-pane
sash to front. Left side has 4-pane sash in the outshut, with small single storey
addition to left. Rear has outshut to left and centre, of 2 builds with casements.
