William and Mary Revival house, dated 1889. Red brick with clay tile roof.
Two storeys and attics. Projecting wings to either side with brick quoins.
Curled gables topped with pediments. The left hand one has a central
projecting chimney stack with paired rectangular flues. Central two storey
porch with curved gable and ball finials. Heavy rusticated door surround with
decorated keystone. Carved stone panel above doorway. Stone mullioned
windows. Some with decorative moulded brick arches above. Side and rear
elevations have hipped dormer windows with tile hung cheeks and roof finials.
South elevation has left hand two storey canted bay and modern semi-circular
conservatory. SE corner projecting bay with curled gable. E. garden
elevation has original conservatory with dentil eaves. R.H. projecting gable
wing.
