The Whim Farmhouse
II


Farmhouse. Early C19. Painted limestone rubble with gritstone dressings and quoins.
Stone slate roof. Stone gable end stacks. Two storeys, two bays. Slightly off-
centre doorcase with plain jambs and lintel. Moulded stone hood. To either side,
glazing bar sashes in plain surrounds. Two similar over. Interior has large fire-
place with cast iron range.
