SW 63 SW BREAGE GODOLPHIN

4/53 Granary at approximately 80 metres
south west of Godolphin House

GV II

Granary. Circa late C19. Granite rubble walls with dressed granite quoins, steps,
jambstones and lintels. Scantle slate roof with brick chimney over right hand gable
end.
Rectangular plan with wide doorway in the middle of the left hand (east) gable end,
straight flight of stone steps at right angles to the gable end, towards the rear for
access to 1st floor loading door; small ventilation hatch at other side of doorway;
fireplace at the opposite end.
2 storeys, 1 window north front. Central ground floor window with window over.
Interior. Original roof and suspended floor structures.
1 of a group of farm buildings relating to Godolphin House (qv).
