House and shop. Mid C18, refronted circa mid C19, with shop front of circa 1900, and
later alterations. Rubble, rendered and lined out. Asbestos slate roof with crested
ridge tiles and gable ends, gable end stacks.
Double depth plan, with entrance to right leading to passage, principal room to front
left, converted to shop; smaller room to left.
2 storeys and 3 windows, ground floor has doorway with hipped lead hood, 6-panelled
door with panelled cheeks and soffit; to right a plate-glass sash with sidelights in
raised architrave with keystone. Large 8-pane shop front to left with plain fascia.
At first floor, three 4-pane sashes in raised architraves with keystones; moulded
eaves cornice. Internal porch has half-glazed door to shop to left and half-glazed
door to house with blocked overlight.
