House. Circa early - mid C19 with later C19 and later alterations. Rendered and
lined out, probably brick walls. Bitumenised slate roof with ridge tiles and gable
ends. Gable end stack to left with rendered shaft; stack to right demolished.
Plan: Double depth plan, with principal room to front right and left, of equal size;
central entrance and probably rear service rooms.
Exterior: 2 storeys, symmetrical 3-window front. All windows are C19 16-pane sashes
with cambered arches. Central C20 half-glazed door with overlight. Left side is in
brick, blind.
Interior: Not inspected.
