Cottage. Late C18 or early C19. Clay lump construction with colour washed weatherboarding. Thatched roof, half-hipped. Two-room plan, one storey and attics. Two C20 ground floor casements flanking doorway in line with red brick ridge stack. C20 flat-roofed brick extension to left.
