House, including front garden walls. Circa early-mid C19. Stuccoed. Grouted
scantle slate roof with projecting eaves carried on moulded brackets. Hipped end on
the left, semi-conical end on the right. Brick chimney over cross wall towards left,
brick chimneys over axial wall at rear of front right-hand room.
Plan: Double-depth plan. Irregular L-shaped plan plus C20 additions. 3 rooms along
the front; entrance hall between the middle and right-hand rooms, and another
reception room built at an angle behind the right-hand room.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Overall 5-window front with rusticated stucco quoins on the
left and rounded corner on the right. Right-hand part is a symmetrical 3 window
front with central doorway. Original 6 panel door. Original 16-pane hornless sahses
except copy at ground floor right and those of the 2 window front on the left.
