Small house. C17. Painted granite rubble with granite dressings. Grouted scantle
slate roof with gable ends. Stump of granite ashlar chimney over right-hand gable
end.
Plan: Simple rectangular 2 room plan with lobby entrance and stair between the
rooms.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Nearly symmetrical 3 window east front with approximately
central doorway. C17 chamfered doorway with diagonal stops and original chamfered
outer frames of formerly 2-light mullioned window to left and right of doorway.
First floor openings are later or remodelled. C20 door and windows left of doorway.
Other windows are sashes with glazing bars, possibly C19 or possibly C20 copies.
C17 chamfered opening in right-hand gable end and 2 small C17 chamfered window
openings (including mid-floor stair window) at rear.
Interior not inspected.
