ST NEWLYN EAST THE BUTTS

House. Early-mid C19. Killas shale with granite quoins. Asbestos slate
roof.
Plan: :L:-form, two rooms deep, with central through passage and main
reception rooms either side.
Two storeys. Panelled door with overlight, set deeply in wall. Twenty
paned-sashes, the outer panes narrower. Openings have granite voussoirs
to flat lintel and raised keystones. Stair window at rear. Mono-pitch
living room in C20 single storey extension at rear. Interior not
inspected.
