GV II
Farm building. C17. Timber framed with brick infill and brick with a
plain tile roof. Two storeys. Road front: unevenly distributed small
framing with brickwork painted in simulation of timber framing.
Double doors to left of centre with a wicket door at right and a
2-light casement window with diamond lattice between. To the first
floor are two 2-light casement half-dormer windows with gablets
above. Ashlar springers and coping to either gable end. To the right
is a lower 2-storey addition of brick painted in simulation of timber
framing. The yard front also has small-celled timber framing randomly
distributed and has six pedestrian and two double doorways to the
ground floor and two lateral square pitch holes and two single-light
windows to the first floor.
