SX 26 SE MENHENIOT

GV II

Farmhouse. Circa C17 with rear outshut, mid C19. Rubblestone, whitewashed on left
hand hipped end. Concrete or rendered lintels to ground floor windows on front.
Slate roof with hipped ends. Brick shafts in hipped ends. Rear central lateral hall
stack, incorporated in outshut. Rubblestone with brick shaft. 3 room with through
passage plan. Dairy to rear. 2 storeys, regular 4 window front. Ground floor with
3-light C20 casement window with diamond lights to left and 4-light and 3-light
similar windows to right of C18 wide 6-panelled door. Top lights glazed. Open porch
with slated gable end, with painted columns and rounded caps. Four 3-light C20
windows to first floor. To rear, outshut continued with open verandah with corrugated
roof.
