House. Mid-late C19 with some C20 alterations. Stone rubble with stucco front.
Slate roof with ridge tiles and gable ends. Gable end stack to left with brick
shaft.
Plan: 2-room plan with central entrance; principal room to front right and left of
equal size. To rear right there is a service wing.
Exterior: 2 storeys, symmetrical 3-window front, with rusticated quoins at ground
floor, which are continued, painted on the stucco, at first floor level. Plinth and
patterned plaster band course. Ground floor has central recessed C20 glazed door
with overlight and cornice. Plate-glass sash with sidelights of late C19 to right
and left. First floor has three late C19 4-pane sashes.
