C17. Plastered. Blue slate roof. Three storeys. Ground floor shop
front. The windows of both storeys above the shop front are of C17, but
the mullions are gone and sash frames inserted. Splayed reveals. Two
windows on top floor, one two-light window on first floor. At the rear
in the courtyard, the windows are more original; they are of three lights
and retain their mullions.

Nos 30 to 40 (even) form a group with Nos 22 and 24 with Leeds House
Cafe, Butter Cross and Jubilee Clock.
