Dwelling (no 17), and underdwelling (no 16) now outbuilding. c.1800. Coursed,
squared, watershot stone; stone slate roof. 2 storeys, underdwelling at rear, 2
bays. Openings have plain stone surrounds, the windows with flat-faced mullions.
West (road) front: quoins. Central C20 part-glazed door with 2-light window to right
on each floor. Brick and stack to right. Rear: underdwelling has board door with
4-light window to left and 2-light window to right. The 2 floors above each have a
4-light and two 2-light windows, that over door blocked. Paired plain gutter
brackets.
