Milepost. Probably c.1805. Cast-iron. Triangular in section with round-
arched head. The head is inscribed 'Keighley-Halifax Road, Bingley'; the
left hand side, 'Denholme 3½0 miles, Halifax 10 miles, Hebden Bridge -'
(base buried in tarmac); the right-hand side, 'Keighley 2 miles'. The
turnpike was built 1805.
