Probably C13, Simple, two-storeyed stone cottage now rendered. Stone roof. Plain mullioned windows, very long to first floor. Included for group value.

Holdsworth Farmhoust, barn to rear of Holdsworth Farmhouse, Holdsworth House Farmhouse, barn and cottage, Holdsworth House with wall, gateway to forecourt, gazebo and barn with Laurel Bank Nos 1 to 3 (consec) and barn form an important village group.
