Circa 1850-60 terrace with important group value due to raised site overlooking
city centre. Modest 2-storey sandstone "brick" houses with basements. Bed
mould to modillion brackets supporting projecting eaves of slate roofs. Corniced
chimneys. Two window fronts. Doorways have flanking pilasters, voussoir arches
with vermiculated keystones over fanlights and projecting cornices above.
Area railings returned up flights of steps to doorways.
