Circa 1830 former villa now incoporated in works. Two-storeys sandstone "brick"
with ashlar south-west front. This elevation has dentil eaves cornice and blocking
course. Central full height canted bay. First floor sill band. The canted bay
has square mullions separating lights at corners. One window to both floors each
side of centre, glazing bar sashes. The north side has a large projecting bowed
wing with 3 glazing bar sash windows. Cornice without dentils and blocking
course. Set back part of this elevation has a 3 light square mullion first floor
window; the ground floor built out in ashlar mid C19 with 2 windows.
