Similar pair of circa 1860 two-storey ashlar villas; 5 windows to first floor on
sill band. The ground floor has outer canted bay windows and central, shallow,
stone tripartite bow windows. The latter is flanked by architrave surround doorways
with slender engaged columns supporting entablatures.
