Circa 1830-40 substantial villa, originally semi-detached, the other half rebuilt and the site now considerably hemmed in. Two storeys, painted sandstone ashlar. Quoin pilasters, plinth, frieze, moulded cornice and blocking course. Half hipped slate roof. Three bay front, outer window tripartite flanking central first floor window in architrave surround with consoles to cornice over and broad Greek Doric porch below. Eared architrave surround to doorway.
