Dovecote and storage range. c1800. Rubblestone, ashlar, with graduated
stone slate roof. Dovecote is 2 storeys, 1 bay. To left a wing of 1 storey
and 6 bays, to right a wing of 1 storey, 2 bays. Dovecote: quoins;
semicircular-arched board carriage door with impost bands; above, a
semicircular blind opening with semicircular window with radial glazing bars
and stone cill to top of opening. Pyramidal roof surmounted by small
pavilion with pigeon holes and pyramidal roof. Side wings: casements with
glazing bars and lintels apart from 4 bays to left wing which have cart
openings with continuous wood lintel and segmental relieving arches,
openings infilled in C20.
