Manor Cottage


Cottage. Probably late C16 with C18 and later alterations. Timber frame, cased in
reddish-brown local brick, except for the 1st floor front. Corbelling out at gable
ends, raised brick verges. Pantile roof. End chimneys. Timber frame of 2 bays.
Close studding with arch braces. C20 brick extensions at both ends. 2 storeys.
2 modern casements to each floor and an off-centre modern door.
