House and workshop. Early C19. Squared sandstone to front, on rubble
plinth; sandstone rubble to sides; roughly tooled quoins; pantile roof;
brick stacks. Central stairhall house plan, ii rooms deep. 2-storey, 2-
window front to house, with 1½ storey, 2-bay workshop to left. House has
central C20 4-panel recessed door approached by stone steps. 16-pane sashes
with heavy painted lintels to left and right. 2-light small-pane horizontal
sliding sashes with timber lintels to first floor. All windows have stone
sills. Workshop has central plank stable door flanked by 2-light large-pane
horizontal sliding sashes with heavy plain lintels. End stacks to house.
