Cottage, early C19. Rendered, probably on stone. roof renewed in large clay
pantiles. Two storeys, one bay on front, 2 on gable end. C19 sashes under stone
lintels, those on ground floor in splayed reveals, as is modern part-glazed door.
Included as part of Boathouse Yard group.
